Refund and Returns

At Office Masters Work, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help!

Returns:
You can return any unused and unopened item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days.

Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange for an exchange at no additional cost. [email protected].

Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
